Faslodex and nausea

Ive been on faslodex since December. I've had lots of nausea in general since I've been diagnosed with metastatic but the nausea on faslodex has become quite severe and nothing really helps or rather some things help for a short period but nothing really lasts. I'm not throwing up, just a general nauseous queasy feeling almost all day. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Surgem- I got nausea also. I did Zyrtec daily ( some people use Claritin) and ginger chews or candied ginger of ginger tea. It worked better if I took the ginger chews with me so I could eat them right away- otherwise if I started the ginger when I got home 30 minutes later I had hours of nausea. If it is really severe there are lots of anti nausea drugs out there- they can be really constipating though. hope it gets better soon.

Most miserable feeling. At least when I threw up I felt better.

I made a tea out of steeping fresh ginger for 5 min and sleepy time tea bags. Drank it every day.

Just the smell of mint would help. I chewed a lot of gum.

Carried around oyster/soup crackers and also ginger snaps.

The ginger chews are very strong so I’d just take a tiny bite.

Last resort was zofran. It’s wonderful.

    You can also do this

I can’t find the video but it’s holding your index finger, either one, with a light grasp it’s a Jin Shin Jyutsu technique that reduces nausea

Try ginger capsules. I don't often get queasy, but when I do they work for me.a

Also, eat something like a few saltines.

Sungem-Bonnie or Dramamine probably work better- but, both sedate me. Ginger is my go to. The chews I use are not too strong and are mango flavored- I think the brand is chimes. Some candiedginger is really intense, they seem to vary.
