Elevated liver enzymes with taxol

Hello all. I started chemo on April 7. I am on AC-T but my MO insisted I do the Taxol first (due to covid-19). I got through 4 treatments (once every week) and on the 5th treatment my liver enzymes increased and I was having Intermittent pain in the abdominal/liver. MO skipped #5 and ordered ultrasound of liver, pancreas, gallbladder, spleen, and kidneys. It showed nothing. So I went today for #5 and my liver enzymes were back to normal. I've stopped all vitamin supplements that I was taking (per MO request) to see if that might have also been contributing to the enzyme elevation. We will see. I have to admit...I was taking a lot of vitamins and honestly was surprised that they didn't take me off of them when I started treatment. So do a lot of people have liver enzymes elevation with Taxol in particular? Do they typically just skip the treatment to allow the enzymes to normalize? Does the treatment get added back in at the end? My MO only held my treatment because I was having pain in my abdomen. She said my levels weren't technically high enough to hold treatment but because I was having symptoms, she thought it would be best. Everyone seems puzzled by the pain I’m having. It feels like a pressure...almost like gain pain high on my abdomen near my rib cage I really want to stay on schedule and get as much of the drug as I need to get. I'm looking for advice/info from people who may have experienced a similar situation. I am eating a lot of protein, drinking lots of fluids, and trying to stay active.

I'm surprised also that they allowed you to continue with all the vitamin supplements, especially since you said that you were taking a lot.

When I had my consultation appointment with my MO, prior to Taxol, she had me list EVERYTHING that I was taking, prescriptions and supplements. She went through each and every one, letting me know if I can continue with it or not. For the medications that she suggested that I stop, she explained why. I did take a multi vitamin and a baby aspirin every day. (I also take several prescriptions, and all but Tamoxifen was okay to take during Taxol. She wanted me off the Tamoxifen during the 3 months of Taxol, but I can start it back up once Taxol is complete.)
She suggested that I stop the multi vitamin and the baby aspirin because sometimes supplements can cause issues while on chemo and she said it is best if they are just stopped for the time being.

I'm on infusion 9, with 3 more to go. I have not, so far, experienced any type of pain that you describe and my liver enzymes are in the normal range.
I hope that you can find some answers and get to feeling better!
