Clavicle rash months after radiation

Has anyone experienced a rash months after radiation? My rads ended in December 2018, and I've just noticed a red, splotchy, itchy rash on my left clavicle. During radiation, that was the only area that had a visible reaction, turning red and itchy; I had to be more generous with the aloe and Aquaphor there than anywhere else. It's been fine since it healed within a month of radiation, but now it looks like I just got a series of zaps again. Has anyone else had this problem?
