Hi everyone. I'm 31. I have been reading/following the posts here since I was diagnosed in 2009. Every time I had symptoms or mammogram findings the information I found here was very valuable. I had a Masectomy last year and reconstructions surgery last August with fat injections around my implant.

My concern is I recently felt a lump above my implant below my collarbone. Possibly fat necrosis? I've been having really bad pain in my left side. And I've been having gas, fever, a productive cough( I do get sinus infections) for a couple weeks now. Im afraid it might be Mets. I have a Chest, abdomen, pelvic ct scheduled for Tuesday. And sonogram on my breast with my BS that Wednesday. Last night I went to the er for shortness of breath and abdominal pain. They did a covid test. A chest X-ray that shows no acute findings (The dr said my lungs looked beautiful, all clear) took blood work and then diagnosed me with a uti without getting a urine sample. I was handed my discharge papers and my urine cup was still on the sink, not cultured.

Has anyone had pains on the left side that turned out to be nothing? Or if you unfortunately had mets did u experience pain and pressure in your side? Kinda feels like a ballon filling w water that doesn't have enough room to expand fully, but doesn't pop (below my rib). I've been losing weight not sure it's because of the stress or because of the pain and pressure.

Sn: I am so used to texting I'm not good at grammar and punctuation. Please share your thoughts with me. I have been diagnosed 3 times over the past 8 years.
