Anaphylaxis and Zoladex/Goserelin

Some background on my treatment: I had a lumpectomy in February, started Zoladex the beginning of April, and started radiation one week ago.

So yesterday evening I went on a 3 mile run. I have no allergies except for sulfa drugs and I eat a lot of the same foods on a daily basis. It wasn't too hot last night, maybe around 72F or so and pretty humid. About half way through my run my palms started itching, burning, and pulsating and intensified as I continued running. I originally thought it was just the poison ivy I unknowingly touched as I was weeding in my backyard two weeks ago, but all of the poison ivy rashes I had are almost completely healed or gone. Towards the end of my run I started to feel itchy around my waist and chest, then the skin around my wrists and jaw started to feel tight and hot. I decided something didn't feel right and ran home. When I got home my wrists and hands swelled up, my blood pressure dropped (my skin was extremely white and a felt faint), my body was covered in hives, and it felt like I had a lump in my throat. I immediately took Benadryl and my husband and I decided to give it 10 minutes before we went to the ER. Thankfully I started to feel better and after about 2 hours my symptoms disappeared.

I've never experienced anything like this before.I run at least three times a week in hotter weather with zero issues, so this took me by surprise. I read that Zoladex rarely causes anaphylaxis, so I'm not entirely sure what happened here. I'm hesitant to say it was the Zoladex because I haven't had a single issue with it since I started it over a month ago. I already left a message with my MO and made an appointment with my primary doctor. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
