Hair loss and hair treatment. Any advise?

Options

Hello! My name is Marina. My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer about a year and a half ago. She had a breast conserving surgery and went trough a radiotherapy(finished 10 months ago). Now she's taking tamoxifen.

After the therapy or maybe because of tamoxifen , she started losing her hair. Not totally but I can see much more hair on the the brush than a year ago. So now I'm trying to find the information what she can do to prevent hair loss or even make her hair grow back. Is it possible for her to use special shampoos or other hair loss treatment? Is it dangerous to stimulate hair grow after the breast cancer? Can the hair grow stimulation cause cancer "stimulation"?

Any opinion or advise?

Thank you and apologies for my mistakes, as English is not my first language. Unfortunately I can’t find much information on the topic in my country.
