I had an SGAP reconstruction about five years ago after my original implant reconstruction failed (due to capsular contracture). I'm quite thin, which is why DIEP was no an option. Fast forward five years to now, and my SGAP reconstruction has dwindled down to almost nothing. I guess I've lost more weight, and the fat just kind of melted off that new breast mound. I was wondering if it's possible to insert a new implant in the new SGAP breast to give me more volume? Has anyone else done this before?
