Starting Xeloda

I'm starting Xeloda tonight and would like to know if anyone has any recommendations on what time to take the two doses? I know it has to be within 30 minutes of your last meal, but if I take it at 8 in the morning, I'd have to eat dinner around 7 and that's kind of late for us.
Any suggestions? Tips welcome too!
