surgery after chemo

Aloha, I am just about to start chemo again, ugh. Not sure what chemo meds are in store for me.The target of the chemo is to reduce the size of the 12cm tumor in my pelvis. What I am wanting to know is the number of people who still need surgery to remove the tumor that the chemo did not shrink??
