What size implants to accomodate weight fluctuations

Hey ladies, how are you factoring in possible future weight gain or loss? I have lots of time to look at and consider implant size. I have no idea what size or type of expander I have.
Currently 10 lbs over my normal size of 5' tall and 108 lbs. Just wondering how to account for future weight fluctuations when choosing sizes?
