possible residual tumor on mammogram

I just finished neoadjuvant chemotherapy and had a mammogram, ultrasound, and MRI this week.

The mammogram says "Immediately ventral to the biopsy cavity there is a small amount of somewhat asymmetric tissue density about 6 mm in size which may or may not represent residual tumor."

The ultrasound:

Real-time ultrasound of the left breast was performed attention 7:00 at 6 cm from the nipple where previous mass and biopsy cavity are located.

There is a fluid containing anechoic biopsy cavity present within which the echogenic clip is visualized. No other discrete mass around this is identified.

This is confusing. The body of the report talks about 7:00 6 cm from the nipple, but the impression talks about 7:00 3 cm from the nipple. My two biggest tumors were 7:00, one at 6 cm from the nipple and the other at 3 cm from the nipple. They were approximately the same size. Back in November both could be seen by ultrasound, but only one was seen on the mammogram. Would they have only looked at one of them on the ultrasound? It's also weird that this 6 mm mass showed up on mammogram but not the ultrasound, because that is the exact opposite of the previous studies where one of them showed up on ultrasound but not the mammogram. I don't have the results of the MRI yet.
