I have been on trodelvy since 5/20. I have received 11 treatments with occasional diarrhea treated effectively with immodium and my white count has been normal to low normal. My cat scan after 8 treatments showed smaller lesions in both lungs. I will receive a cat scan in 5 more treatments. Trodelvy is my drug of choice!
