possible to lose weight on herceptin?

I'm halfway through my year-long course of herceptin, and am feeling very bloated all the time. I also have 20 lbs to lose for health reasons. Has anyone had luck losing weight while on this drug? I am not on any estrogen blocking drugs, just herceptin. I have read that some people actually lose weight on herceptin, but that is definitely not me. I gained weight during chemo, which makes sense due to the steroids, and am now wondering whether the herceptin is stopping me from losing the weight. I was already in menopause and struggling with my weight before being diagnosed. Anyone with similar experiences or a story to share about weight and herceptin?
