What are your experiences with Xeloda?

I am finishing my third cycle of Xeloda. I have problems with my hands and feet, but also am noticing pretty bad fatigue in the afternoon every day. I can't focus, I feel fuzzy and just plain weird - it is hard to describe but it is similar to how I have felt when hiking at altitude. I am working from home, and still part time - so I can take naps in the afternoon, but it is getting harder to function.

I had chemo brain during Taxol/AC and for a while afterwards, but felt closer to normal until recently, now I feel like it is back.

I also have pretty bad diarrhea from perjetta, so I'm sure that doesn't help.
