Otm B vs C cup - care to share your pics?
I’m 5’10 about 160lbs and trying to decide how big I want to be. Formerly a DD+, but now only interested in about a B cup. My expanders are at about 270cc now, but seem sorted weighted on the bottom. I wonder in order to get more fullness on top, would that be increasing to a C cup, or is it just the nature of the expanders that all the fluid drops to the bottom and you never plump up on top. Any advice appreciated and any similar tall girl B or C pics would be great. T

I am 5’ 10.5 and about 145. My implants are 615 cc, but don’t look huge to me. I am 34DD.

thanks veg gal - was there a point where expanders went from flat to round or was it just when you had exchange to implants that they looked round all of a sudden?

You know, I don’t really remember. My expanders were filled to 450 at the time of mastectomy, and at that point they were under the muscle. I had a short stint with sub-muscular implants as well.
If you want upper pole fullness, you can either go with a cohesive round like Natrelle SRX or SCX (mine) or get a little fat grafting too (I did).
Good luck

I'm 165, 5'9.
I have 600cc implants. Well, I had 2, but one got infected. They measure 36 D, but are a flatter C for real. I think they fit my frame well.
The one on the left has a 15cm width and it is moderate projection. The former one on the right was 14cm wide and high projection.
He went with high projection on the right because my capsule was tight and flattening the prior one out.
My left one looked pretty flat until I had a capsulotomy which really helped open the capsule.
Of the two, I liked the look of the moderate projection better. It looks more natural, although I still wish it was just a touch rounder.
The TEs have much better projection, so be prepared to be disappointed unless you get high projection implants.
One of the hardest things is getting used to what they look like after exchange. It is like when you get a radical haircut, you don't recognize yourself and you look weird. The boobs look weird, and I think mine look weirder looking down at them than they look in the mirror.

I can't answer your question but you can go to this thread and ask whippetmom, she has helped alot of people including myself. Just read the header so you know what information to give her. Be sure to also describe what you stated above.
