Zoladex overdose?

hi ladies
I suspect I've just had a zoladex overdose. They tried on 3 occasions to administer the 3.6 injection and it looked like it didn't deploy the implant. Due to covid19 I was switching to the 3 month shot so my nurse in hospital administered that today. The needle looked exactly like it did yesterday. I think I've had an extra dose.
Has anyone ever had too much zoladex? Do you know what this would mean?
