Trouble breathing after chemo

Hi everybody,

I have been experiencing difficulty breathing immediatelt after chemo ACT ended. I dont have cough or sputum only a weird feeling during breathing like a sudden narrowing of the airways. Is anybody familiar with this symptom? All scans, ultrasounds are clear.

    Do you have more chemo scheduled? Let the nurses and MO know about this.

    Yes, call your MO. I had shortness of breath towards the end of treatment, but no real difficulty breathing. Mine was due to low blood counts....not carrying enough oxygen through my body. If that's what it is, it should eventually resolve itself. Your MO can look at your blood counts for you. If you think it is an allergic reaction, don't wait to call in. Best wishes.
