Estrogen Blockers - For Those With Surgical Menopause

I can't find any information on the consequences of estrogen blockers for those who have had a surgical menopause (hysterectomy + ovaries removed) Can anyone help re their experiences or knowledge?

Is it necessary for someone who has had a surgical menopause and who stops their estrogen therapy to take estrogen blockers? If so would the side effects be more severe due to not having even small amounts of estrogen being produced due to the surgery? Particularly for someone with a BMi of 21 and no substantial body fat.
