Low counts long after treatment

hi everyone just curious if anyone else has this problem. My mom was diagnosed with stage breast cancer in 2017. She has a double mastectomy. She had 4 cycles of Adriamycin followed by 4 cycles of taxotere. She had 33 radiation treatments. She finished radiation in April of 2018. Ever since treatment her blood counts have remained low. Slightly low RBC. WBC around 3. Neutrophils 1. They have done bone scans and CT scans all clear. She’s been neutropenic and in the hospital a few times. Anyone else have low counts long after chemo? Her new onc is looking into MDS and I am beyond worried.
