DIEP flap surgery in Seattle, WA

Hi, everyone, I was diagnosed with DCIS in November, 2019 and had double skin sparing mastectomy in March, 2020( nIpples are removed).

I’m looking for PS who has a lot of experience in doing DIEP flap. I had small breasts and I don’t like the idea of implants.

I narrowed my search to Dr. Paige from Polyclinic and Dr. Louie from UW.

I would like to hear from women who had breast reconstruction surgeries and happy about their results.

I had small breast and I don’t want to do nipple reconstruction, just tattoos will do.

I’m 48 years old, I have three children and a husband but no family around. I work as Paraeducator at Mukilteo School District but I have temporary Teaching Certificate and I can work as Substitute Teacher as well.

Unfortunately, support groups are not meeting right now because of quarantine, that’s why I’m trying to reach out online.
