Hi,

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 and can gladly say I'm all good 😁

My problem is that whilst I was on the end of my treatment I ended my long term relationship for reasons even unknown to myself!!! I couldn't explain where my head was at that time but I felt I just needed to be alone.

Anyway, fast forward 18 months and we are working on getting back together but I'm feeling really dry in the downstairs department during sex and was wondering if anyone had any tips or recommendations to give me?

I'm currently on letrozol and zolodex to suppress oestrogen so would need to take this into consideration.
