COVID-19 vaccine

I don’t think there is an answer to this yet, but wanted to start the discussion.

If they are able to create a vaccine for COVID-19, would be safe for those of us with an active diagnosis to receive it?

If it’s a live virus, I’m not sure I’d want that introduced to my already overloaded system. Damn cancer.. complicates every.damn.thing

finallyoverit, They are at least a year a way from a vaccine so I wouldn't be concerned about it right now. They are testing for an antiviral drug that would decrease the symptoms of COVID-19 and help a lot of people. I'm not sure if it will contain a weakened or inactivated version of the virus. Try not to worry and stay safe.
