Prepectoral implants post DMX?

Anyone get over the muscle implants after DMX? Currently my implants are under the muscle but my right side that has been radiated is extremely tough and hard. Considering going over the muscle & wanted to see if anyone could share their experience.

I am just short of 3 weeks in with TE pre pec.It was a nice surprise when i woke up from mastectomy surgery. Not sure i can offer any advice or answer any questions just yet...

I had over the muscle reconstruction. Rippling on one side and now contracted on the other. Not sure what to do now
