TNBC Recurrence with ECE Involvement

Anyone experience Extracapsular Extension in one lymph node. What treatment did you have. How long ago was your diagnosis

Didn't find out about the ECE involvement (one node involved) until my 30-day post chemo follow-up. (My oncologist was out sick and cancelled my appointment with her on my last day of chemo). Oncologist said she was sending a referral to the radiation oncologist. Another three weeks go by and I met with the Radiation Oncologist who recommends 16 radiation treatments. Now I'm wondering how effective radiation can be 60+ days after chemo and how likely is it the cancer cell could have migrated to other areas. Isn't TNBC a more aggressive cancer and does that equate to it moves faster through the body? Double mastectomy in July 2019 for recurrence in right breast. Initial diagnosis in 2015 with a lumpectomy in left breast.
