femara and fever

Hello,

Has anyone had a fever while on Femara?I have a low grade fever of 100 and my stomach is a little crampy.

    If you have a fever with Femara it might be a negative side effect according to information sheets I have in my file from when I was on it. You should call your doctor office and let them know.

    I am going through the same thing but also had a sore throat and sinus stuff. I even got Covid tested and that came back negative. I even got fevers on Tamoxifen. Also, just because the drug lists it as a side effect does not mean that it is a common one. Even if just one person has that side effect in a drug study, the FDA says you have to list it.
