Two red spots-radiation halted and I’m worried

I was wondering if anyone could help calm my nerves. I’ve had a mastectomy for Stage 3 breast cancer, 16 rounds of ACT chemo prior to surgery, and I was taking radiation treatment (33 rounds). During my 6th round of rads, I developed 2 places below my mastectomy scar that looked like two pimples. My rads doctor wasn’t worried about them. However, during a checkup the next day, my oncologist didn’t like what she saw and sent me to my surgeon. The surgeon did a punch biopsy of one of the bumps because she was afraid it might be cancerous. It’s been almost a week now and no results. I’m very worried as to if this is just a skin cancer or if something more serious is happening. Has anyone else had an experience like this
