Tamoxifen and Lupron?

Diagnosed with Stage 1B Oncotype 16 at age 30...did surgery, chemo, radiation and 1 year of tamoxifen and took a break to have my ivf baby. Now doctor wants me back on tamoxifen, but wants Lupron too? The hot flashes were the worst part of chemo for me. Is Lupron really gonna make *that* much of a difference?
