New Segmental Non-Mass Enhancement

So I have a strong family history of breast cancer and every woman on the maternal side of my family has had breast cancer including my sister and my mom. I started breast MRI's for screenings a few years ago and had a biopsy 6 months ago for a non-mass enhancement that didn't have malignant characteristics but they biopsied it anyways just to be safe and it came back as PASH. I had another MRI last week and it shows a new concerning "Segmental non-mass enhancement" and they are doing another MRI biopsy tomorrow. Doing research it doesn't sound good that it has a segmental distribution so I am just wondering if anyone has had an experience where they had something similar and it was not DCIS or invasive cancer? It is something I plan on having to deal with at some point in my life but I was just hoping it was later on down the road - I am only 38.
