Discoloration above scar of reconstructed breast

Options

Hello all, I have an area of discoloration (approx the size of a silver dollar) just above a scar from my reconstruction (TRAM flap). The discolored area is made up of small reddish dots. It is on the very small area of decolletage that remained of my original breast after mastectomy. Some might consider it the chest wall, I guess. Obviously, I am worried about recurrence. The area is not particularly sore and I have not felt an underlying lump. The discoloration is subtle, but I have no problem defining it. No one has ever commented on it with the exception of my adult daughter when we were on the lake (it is more obvious when I have been in the sun or a hot bath) I have had the discoloration for about six months and it has grown slightly, I believe. The "breast" is slightly achy and heavy but does not feel swollen. It's hard to tell as most of this area is numb.

I was considered NED after surgeries/chemo/radiation which I count my blessings for, as my disease was quite extensive originally.

Anyone experience anything similar? Advice? Thanks!
