Abdominal swelling after DIEP

I had a BMX with DIEP in December. The surgery itself wasn’t bad and very little pain. Due to my own fault I experienced hemorrhaging resulting i. Surgery to remove the hematoma, and then my child knocked into me with a pot of boiling water so 2nd degree burns on one of my breasts. The worst part is just now starting . I spend a lot of time on my feet walk g at work. I have been back 3 weeks and suddenly have significant abdominal swelling. My stomach gets so large that I liook 7 months pregnant and can barely bend or sit down . I am still wearing my abdominal binder but it is so bulky to wear under dresses and skirts. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it go away? I am concerned because my mom had lymphedema from her surgery. I did not have any lymph nodes removed as this was a prophylactic bmx.

Did anyone have success with any other compression garments? I tried spanx but they made the swelling worse
