hello everyone! I have severe health anxiety especially when it comes to breast cancer. I was on anxiety medicine and the anxiety seemed to subside but just recently got off of it for how it made me feel. Since then I have constantly been feeling my breast. I haven't found any new lumps but did notice my left areola have a small indent/line in it. This is ONLY when my nipples aren't hard, so not very often can I catch it. I also have noticed an annoying “pain" in my left shoulder, down my arm. It can hurt under my armpit and under my breast but it comes and goes. It has been noticeable for the last 4 days. Is this a common breast cancer concern? i also just started my period. I had a breast exam probably 4 months ago and no concerns. I also had an X-ray for an upper GI for weight loss surgery yesterday. Would they notice anything happening in my breast on that?

If your doctor determines there is nothing going on in your breast(s), have your shoulder/arm symptoms looked into.
