Preventing Recurrence, Worried about Supplements

I am looking for the forum for estrogen positive breast cancer and I don't see it. Has it been renamed something else? I had estrogen positive breast cancer in 2010 and have been living in a state of mild fear of recurrence ever since. Come to find out they contain fennel, and I have since learned that fennel is a phytoestrogen. To what degree do I need to be concerned about this? I last had a period 8 years ago (tamoxifen-induced) and I'm 56 so definitely post-menopausal. Does this make a difference as to the danger of phytoestrogens? Has anyone's doctor told them to stay away from fennel?

It's probably one of those things you'd have to eat an enormous amount of to cause problems - as with any herb/spice, or even food.
