Post Surgical Care Kit

I proposed giving post-surgical care kits to women with breast cancer through the hospital where I was treated. I waited patiently while they discussed and I just found out that they plan to green light my project. I'll assemble the kits and hand them off to the hospital for distribution.

I plan to include cetaphil or similar unscented body wash, maybe some scar cream, mineral wipes to help remove bandages/tape, dry shampoo.

They've asked for a list of what I plan to include. What things did you find you needed after surgery that no one suggested? What would you include in these kits?

Light Day Panty Liners - to use instead of bandages tape for those with sensitive skin.

I'm amazed that any hospital is willing to let an 'outsider' provide kits. Let us know how it goes.
