Punch Biopsy

I had a punch biopsy 4 days ago to determine what’s going on with my right breast (red/pink rash).Today I noticed there’s some slight bruising and pitting (orange peel skin). Would that be from the biopsy and steri strips? I’m the type to panic. Ugh. Yesterday I even thought my breast looked better
My mammogram and ultrasound were clear.
