I’ve read a couple of posts regarding rebounding. I’ve just started it & I am already hooked. My only concern is, I had surgery DMX 4 weeks ago with reconstruction & I have expanders that I am currently in the process of getting filled. I asked my PS and he said it’s up to me and if I am comfortable doing it. Which I am..... but I have to hold my chest while bouncing otherwise it’s really uncomfortable. I do hurt afterwards & I feel great! 🤸🏻♂️
Has anyone tried to use a rebounder or bounce/jog with expanders? I do this in my living room & it makes my husband giggle when he sees me bouncing & holding my boobs.
Just want some opinions from those who have tried it while expanding.
Thank you all for the continued support! 💖

I’m also addicted to rebounding and just this morning told a friend that not having reconstruction eliminated the “bouncing boobs” issue. I think if you can tolerate a sports bra that has a bit of compression you might have less boob bounce. My niece is a runner with expanders/implants and had the same issues and found the sports bra helped. Good luck and happy rebounding!

Thank you Yogatyme! I have been wearing a supportive bra but I still feel the need to hold them for now. That will be my next goal. To let them go while bouncing.

T-Dal, I get it. I remember feeling very vulnerable for quite a while after surgery even without expanders. It did finally resolve after a few months, so hopefully yours will too! In the meantime, just keep holding them while you bounce.
