My PR is only +23% and ER is only +50%

HER-2 (negative) with FISH

Ki-67 25%

Grade 2/ IDC Stage 2

Test positive for BRCA 2 (likely pathogenic)

I am worried that my cancer might be hard to treat. Should I worry about my low PR & medium ER score?

Will you be having the Oncotype test done? The Oncotype score, which comes with a recommendation as to whether you would benefit from chemo along with hormone therapy (versus hormone therapy alone), strongly factors in the % ER and % PR.

Yes, I think the doctor discussed sending my tumor to oncotype dx after surgery.
