Need Advice: Managing Home Health Aides ??

Surgery scheduled /March 2020. Insurance has approved 20 hours weekly HH Aide. Family distant & not supportive.

Unfortunately, HHA service is not going well... So far in 2020, aides have broken fixtures in my apartment (toilet, landline phone, celing fan) & also damaged apartment door & bathroom floor tile. Aides are morbidly obese, very needy & demanding, rough mannered, not well trained & don't listen. Agency seems to be participating w/ workforce "welfare back-to-work" program for tax rebate.

I am frazzled & exhausted. Experiencing increased angina. What I can do to manage this situation?
