Waiting for my app date but....

Hi,

i was on here not too long ago. For the last week or so I’ve been feeling my right breast a little tender and as the days go by it’s gets slightly worse. I started having under armpit pains and I can tell there is something swollen. I’m scared to check but I know I have to because the dr will ask me on Thursday. For about a month now I’ve noticed my right breast larger than the left not like exaggerating larger but it’s very noticeable. I’m freaking out because I have never felt anything like this before I’m just going crazy awaiting for my doc app. If anyone can just let me know what they think it might be or even just some pointers on what to do I would greatly appreciate it.
