Pregnancy after AC chemo?

hello

I was dx at age 30 and 32 weeks pregnant. I currently have a 3 month baby boy who's the sweetest blessing. I didn't have time to freeze eggs between his birth and starting 12 weekly Taxol + Herceptin and Perjeta. I'm also on Zoladex.

i just finished the Taxol and have imaging Friday — this will determine if I need AC. If I do I'll need to make the choice of moving forward with the fertility treatments, and that would have to happen fast.

My questions are:

- Has anyone frozen their eggs and did IVF to get pregnant and/or have a baby after AC chemo? What was your experience like?

- Has anyone gotten pregnant naturally after AC chemo? Or via IUI?

-How long after finishing treatment did you start trying? Naturally or IVF

-If your cancer with HR- were there other risks associated with pregnancy? My first pregnancy was supposedly not related to my BC! Just found it because of body changes.
