    I finished treatment for TNBC over a year ago. Treatment threw me into immediate menopause 2.5 years ago. Went in for a baseline bone density scan on Friday. Was expecting to just hear that I may have some loss of bone density.

    I saw the tech kind of squirming and then saw a clearly huge tumor on my leg bone. I told the tech “I know you’re not allowed to say anything but is that a tumor?” She said “yeah, I’ve never seen anything like this.”

    Lovely. Anyone ever have a tumor shoe up on a routine bond drmsscan and if so, what happened with it?

    I’m assuming it will somehow skew the actual results of the bone density test.
