Nerlynx???

I’m her2 and estrogen positive which is an odd combination in classic. Anyone on here with the same? If so how are you doing. Have you done the nerlynx with aromatase inhibitor? I’m not sold on either. This seems like a crap shoot. So worn out from everything.
