No I didn’t have that se. suggest you get into see an eye dr, and mention to your MO. Have you tried OTC tears?

Prior to BC I had cataract, lasik and prk surgeries. I developed dry eyes and regularly used Refresh tears. While on anastrozole my eyes became so dry that I was using the Refresh twice a day and even waking up during the night to use it a third time. After a year on anastrozole I switched to exemestane. Interestingly, I now only need the eye drops once every day or two. BTW, my ophthalmologist recommended that I only use Refresh or Systane (both OTC).

I always had dry eyes, but definitely dryer on the AI. My ophthalmologist suggested artificial tears, and said I could buy based on price--they basically all do the same thing. I've also had increased pressure--first on one side and then the other. I had optical coherence tomography to check for glaucoma but didn't find any.
