Question about implant weight in pounds?

Hello!

I had my exchange surgery on November 6,2019. I’m doing really well, but I have a question...... my plastic surgeon used two different size implants. They are both mentor memory shape medium height moderate plus profile. One is 375CC and the other is 330CC. What do they weigh in pounds? All of the formulas I’ve seen online do the math with the same size implants?

silicone implants have a density of about 1.03 - 1.08g/cc, so if we just assume a density of 1.06g/cc, your 375cc implant weighs about 400g and the 330cc implant weights about 350g. Translated to pounds that is about 0.88lbs and 0.77lbs.

It is probably slightly heavier than the same amount of breast tissue, but not a whole lot.
