Orange peel skin—possibly from radiation?

I finished radiation in August, and breast is now dimpling. Nipple is a little retracted. Is it possible that those changes are from radiation? Or should I worry about inflammatory BC? I had ILC—can you even get inflammatory after that? Ugh it’s all sooooo confusing! Thanks in advance!

I would do the following:

photograph it

Outline it in a sharpie and photograph it again

if it spreads in the next day or so, let your provider know. If it goes away, it is less worrisome. It most likely is related to radiation, but any breast changes should be reported to your MO and BS. I'd call and get an appointment to get in. If it goes away in the meantime, you can let them know and see if they still want to see you, but I would definitely call them and photo graph it every day or 2 to track any changes. Cellulitis is something else that can cause skin changes, and it can be very serious.
