Radiation Recall-red spot 4 weeks-On Faslodex & Ibrance

Hi Ladies!

I am currently on 1st line treatment of faslodex and ibrance (began both on dec. 9th). I had 10 rounds of radiation on my right hip from dec 9th thru 20th. I had no physical reaction to the radiation....until now.....since last thursday i've had a red spot on my right buttock and it's tender to the touch. there are no blisters, sore, open skin or anything, just red and sensitive. it looks/feels like a sunburn, just like i had on my chest when i had radiation in 2016. i already had a 1 month follow-up with my radiologist tomorrow afternoon, I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I read online that there is something called "radiation recall" when you can have a reaction up to a year After rads ended, however it commonly happens when you have chemo after rads, but I'm not having any chemo. Interesting??

Any thoughts?
