This is an excellent podcast, well worth the time to listen.

I'm a cancer exercise specialist and certified yoga teacher. I teach a weekly class for those living with cancer - stage IV. Once a month we have a class of standing postures - a simple vinyasa flow, adapted to those present. What we practice mainly is, yin yoga, restorative yoga and yoga Nidra. There is a depth of calm and clarity for the mind, soul and body that can come about on this slow, restorative side of the yoga practice scale. I mention these three as they were not discussed in the podcast.
