There is another thread about this trial/study as well, but I struggle to reach out to others in the PALLAS trial study...

- Has anyone finished the trial! Is it right that there are 26 cycles?
- How long time after last cycle did you have an appointment at yours doctor? Or bloodcounts?

- Did some sideeffects disapeard?

I just finished but do not have an appointment before over a month later...

What were your major SEs? Would you suggest to participate in this trial?

Low bloodcounts. Redused dosage from 125 to 100mg.

I have been having periods with mouth/face-wounds. Not all the time.

But...now. I am so sleepy. Can sleep 15 hours.....and even more... Do not know if this is due to Ibrance though...

For me trial gave me more hope! So «yes» i do recomand participating...

I am also in this trial -am on letrozole only-will finish cycles- in June, and stay on the letrozole thru my Doc,then surveillence for 5 more years to compare outcomes--the enrollment period for this trial ended last summer, but there may be more similar trials you may be eligible for--best to you, Kaylie

Yes, 100 was better, but still at the edge the hole period

I am sorry for asking so many questions.

Did you find something (like food, supplements) to help with WBC?

Mikamika... you do not need to say sorry! Just ask!

Unfourtenately I did not find any food or so... The only thing that «helps» is strong strenghttraining and running in the stairs the last hour or so before the bloodcounts... That increased the neutrophils for me from 0,7 to 1,0... It is not a long lasting effect though. Just then and there... but for me it keept me in the trial... I never got over 1,2 in the neutrophils...
