Anyone else with implants?
does anyone else have implants? Did you think it was your implants you could feel and turned out to be a lump ? And how did your biopsy go ?

SEG4011 - I didn't have a lump as I was first diagnosed with Pagets and they later found the DCIS underneath the nipple. I did have implants however with 3 core biopsies done and the implants were unaffected.

SE - Are you talking about enhancement implants having nothing to do with breast cancer or reconstruction? I'd guess a good portion of breast cancer patients who post here have implants of some type.
If you've had cancer, please let us know the diagnosis and your stats and when so we can try to answer your question. If you have not had cancer and have no pending tests or diagnoses and you found a lump, I would go either to my OB/Gyn or to the plastic surgeon who did your work.

I had reconstruction when I was 18 I have a pituitary tumour that caused me to develop one breast, so had implants in both to look even... now at nearly 30 I have two lumps one in each not far from each other I really thought it was my implant but had it checked anyway as was playing too much on my mind and having 3 kids didn’t wanna leave it! As the lumps are very clearly there and I my left breast has dropped and has I would say a two finger indent so when that happened I freaked! Doctor didn’t even really feel much just looked and said I’m sending you for a u/s which again I was 99% sure it was all in my head so that just made me unsure even more. I’ve waited 5 days and today’s the day I go so at least today I may have some indication but at the back of my head I know I just really keep thinking it’s just my implants 🤞🏻 I was just wondering if anyone had implants that caused lumps or felt lumps and turned out to be their implants that was my question.... and she also said they may want to do a biopsy today and that freaks me out too what if it ruptures !! Arghh I haven’t been diagnosed and I know I need to get a grip but still doesn’t help me read dr google ! I also can’t stop touching them and did the self examination all over and squeezed my nipple and yesss fluid came out but only when I squeeze! Maybe I’m just driving my self in to a stupid whole !!
