what do you need it for? it usually comes from cows, which are jacked up on all kinds of horomones. If it's for skin/beauty, the efficacy of it has not been proven. There are some oils that can stimulate collagen production, like avocado oil, castor oil, joboba oil, and rosehip oil that you can apply topically that would probably be safer, more effective, and cheaper.

well I was looking fie something natural for joint pain and energy including some collagen skin firmness. But if it’s going to effect estrogen/hormones then I will not take it. I was not sure. I heard about the jojoba oil and def want to purchase as well.

you can look up MSM - it is a sulfur... it's a supplement that is supposed to help joint pain that is also good for your skin! it is in most natural hair/skin supplements. you can take it as a powder (add it to juice or smoothie) or get capsules.

there are also essential oils supposedly good for joint pain. you can look them up (search "essential oils joint pain") and choose which one sounds best for you, and add some drops of that to your joboba oil. I think epsom baths also help with joint pain. I get out of the bath, put on some oil and am a silky baby lol... those baths are relaxing and refreshing to the skin.

hmmm I will def look that up, thank you! I always get a bit worried to consume anything powder. I don’t think it’s dangerous to take but I do worry a lot about raising any estrogen. Sounds like you have the epsom salt bathe down packed! I may have to give that a try too. Thanks for your gelp
