Advice for Taxol please

Hi, I have finished my 4 AC rounds and had vomiting once with each of the last 3 rounds. Overall I tolerated it well. I will start my 12 rounds of Taxol next week. My oncologist told me they won’t be as hard as the AC rounds. Please share your experience with AC andAny advice will be helpful. Thank you.

Congrats on finishing AC, and tolerating it well. Yes, the Taxols are not as hard, but for me, the first 3-4 Taxols were also not that easy as the oncologist made it sound. They actually got easier as they went on. I think this is due to the fact that at the beginning we are still recovering from AC and the effects are cumulative. My only advice would be to keep exercising regularly according to your abilities, eat a healthy diet and ice your hand and feet during the Taxol part of the infusion. Overall, I would say if you tolerated AC well, you don't have to worry too much about the Taxol.

BTW, I still had my eye brows and lashes at the end of AC, but by the end of Taxol, everything was gone. So don't be surprised if you are loosing those as you go.
